2. Return Process

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake made by Tuttisparknie (such as incorrect or damaged items).
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it meets all conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

4. Exchanges
